Email

We strongly recommend that you use your POP email account by setting up your favorite email program (such as Microsoft Outlook, or Eudora..) in order to read your mail. (Make sure you remove the mail from the server to avoid unnecessary storage charges.)

You should set the POP (incoming) server and your SMTP server to be whatever yourdomain.com is (or .org, .net, etc.). Your username and password are the same as the ones you use to access your account using FTP and Telnet.

You can also access your POP email online with your browser by using the Control Panel. All functions pertaining to email are configurable by using the Control Panel, such as email forwarding, creating new POP accounts, auto-responders, listservers, etc..

Note: You can also access your POP email by Telneting to your server and then giving the command "mail" (we also support "elm" and "pine").
